School Canteen Stall Vacancy

St Patrick’s School has one (1) vacancy for a Halal Rice stall commencing operations from Monday, 30 June 2024. 

We are located at 490 East Coast Road, Singapore 429058.   

A. Our requirements are as follows: 

  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident. 

  • Provide food that meets the health/nutritional standards set by Health Promotion Board (HPB).  Applicant may refer to the HPB website at https://www.hpb.gov.sg/schools/school-programmes/healthy-meals-in-schools-programme. 

  • Successful applicant is required to apply for a food stall licence from Singapore Food Agency (SFA). 

  • Successful applicant and stall assistant must possess the WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate. 

  • Provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices determined in consultation with the school. 

  • Maintain high standard of food and personal hygiene. 

  •  Preferably possess catering experience or experience operating in a school environment. 

  • Selected main applicant must be in personal attendance at the stall during the whole of the operation hours. 

B. Application Form must be completed and submitted to the school’s General Office by Monday, 31 May 2024 with the following documents: 

  • Photocopy of the applicant’s NRIC (front and back) 
  • Proposed menu and pricing 
  • Photocopy of relevant certificates such as Basic Food Hygiene, etc. 

Application is not on a first-come-first-served basis.  

Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.  Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for an interview/ food sampling session. 

The decision by the School Selection Panel is final.
